We collect the information needed to create and operate your VERZ account, including your name, verified email address, account identifiers, service settings, and the servers or devices associated with your account.

When you use VERZ, we may process connection details, IP addresses, browser or device information, security events, service activity, and technical logs. Verification codes, session identifiers, and similar security data are used to authenticate you and protect the service.

If you choose Sign in with Google, VERZ receives your Google account identifier, email address, email-verification status, and basic profile name. We use this information only to create or access your VERZ account and prevent account impersonation.

VERZ does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or Google password. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and maintain VERZ services, connect authorized devices and servers, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure our systems, communicate important service information, and meet legal obligations.

We share information only when needed with infrastructure, hosting, database, email-delivery, authentication, security, and payment providers that help operate VERZ. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and service information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for security, support, legal, and operational purposes. Sign-in codes expire quickly and cannot be reused. Security alerts store operational facts without email addresses, IP addresses, tokens, or provider payloads. Some security and transaction records may be retained longer when necessary to prevent abuse or satisfy legal obligations.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted production credentials, and other technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update your display name and verified account email, manage a connected Google account, review active sessions, sign out other devices, and schedule account closure from Account security. Account closure includes a 30-day recovery period. Contact [email protected] for access, export, or help with another privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

VERZ is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this policy as VERZ changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
