Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep control of the email and connected Google account used to sign in, and promptly notify [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not share verification codes, bypass access controls, or use another person’s account without authorization.

You may use VERZ only for lawful network connectivity and related purposes. You may not use the service to attack, disrupt, probe, overload, intercept, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data; distribute malware or unlawful content; evade sanctions or legal restrictions; or interfere with other users.

You must have permission to connect every device, network, account, and server you use with VERZ and comply with applicable provider terms and laws.

VERZ features may change as the service develops. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users.

No network or online service is uninterrupted or error-free. VERZ is not an emergency communications service, and you should maintain another way to communicate when availability is critical.

Prices, billing intervals, usage limits, and any applicable taxes will be shown before a paid purchase. Third-party infrastructure, internet access, cloud, domain, or other services you obtain separately are governed and billed by their providers.

VERZ may rely on third-party hosting, database, authentication, security, email, and payment providers. Their availability can affect the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process and the choices available to you. You retain ownership of content and data you submit, and you grant VERZ the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You may schedule account closure in Account security after removing active VERZ Link servers and resolving any non-zero balance. A 30-day recovery period applies unless law or a serious security issue requires a different process.

After closure, VERZ deletes personal account credentials and customer server records. Limited security, transaction, and compliance records may be retained in anonymized or restricted form when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal obligations.

VERZ and its software, branding, documentation, and service design are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of VERZ technology.

To the extent permitted by law, VERZ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. VERZ Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, to the extent such limitations are lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific paid-service protections shown in an order or written agreement control if they conflict with this section.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and effective date, and may require renewed acceptance for material changes before continued use.
